Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to evaluate the equipment in your professional grooming environment.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Equipment must show no signs of use or installation
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- All accessories and manuals must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cleaners and Disinfectants (opened or unopened)
- Ear Care products
- Eye Care products
- Dental Care items
- Flea, Tick & Skunk Care products
- Opened DVDs & Books
- Any product where the original packaging has been opened or damaged
These restrictions help us maintain the highest hygiene standards for our professional grooming community.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Items: Securely pack the items with all original packaging and include the RMA number
- Ship to Us: Send the package to our address (shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
- Processing: We’ll process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item
